Challenge 1
Advanced RGB Lighting Control for a Dynamic Facade
Our client required the entire facade signage to perform synchronized chasing light effects using an advanced RGB control system. This demanded exceptional consistency in LED brightness, color accuracy, and signal synchronization across the entire installation—making both the lighting system and controller selection critical to the project’s success.
To achieve the desired visual performance, we partnered with Blueview, one of China’s leading LED lighting brands, to develop a customized lighting control solution. Through extensive testing and system optimization, we successfully delivered smooth, stable, and fully synchronized dynamic lighting effects that brought the dealership’s facade to life.
Result: A seamless RGB lighting system with precise control, reliable performance, and a striking visual impact that enhances the dealership’s premium brand identity.
Challenge 2
Custom Structural Engineering for a One-of-a-Kind Building Facade
Unlike Hongqi dealerships in China, which use standardized aluminum profile systems for mass production, the Singapore dealership featured a completely different building facade with unique dimensions. As a result, standard production methods could not be used.
Our engineering team developed a fully customized structural solution based on the architect’s drawings and visual design requirements. Every frame was individually engineered and hand-welded to recreate the intended appearance with millimeter-level precision. Thanks to our experienced structural designers and skilled fabrication team, we transformed a complex custom concept into a high-quality finished product.
Result: A fully bespoke signage structure that perfectly matched the building while maintaining outstanding strength, precision, and long-term durability.
Challenge 3
Safe International Shipping for Oversized Signage
Due to the exceptional size of the signage, the finished products exceeded international air freight limitations and required ocean transportation. Large-format signage is particularly vulnerable to deformation and damage during long-distance shipping if not properly protected.
To ensure every component arrived safely, our team designed and manufactured custom heavy-duty shipping frames specifically for this project. Each sign was securely fixed, reinforced, and carefully packed to withstand the challenges of international sea freight.
Result: The entire shipment arrived at the project site in excellent condition, allowing installation to proceed smoothly and on schedule.
